a story of love

In Love for the past 18 years and documenting weddings for the past 15. I loved taking photos since I was a young girl and my dad used to always get me cameras and albums for my photos. I still remember my first real film camera, an advantix point and shoot that I took everywhere. So many, many photos later, I could say I loved documenting people and emotions. Something that is still true to this day.

When I began taking photos again at 20 years old in New York City, I instantly fell right back in love with how to perceive the world through a camera lens. It took me all about one month to fearlessly pursue a new venture as a wedding photographer and I haven't looked back yet. Once I began photographing love, there was absolutely no way I could do anything other than this. It was without a doubt one of the most rewarding things I had ever done.

My journey has brought me from a tiny basement apartment in New York with my love, getting married in Puerto Rico, welcoming our daughter into the world and moving to sunny Miami. I have loved, lived and traveled because I believe in learning through experiencing.

I document love and tell my couples unique stories because my belief is that these stories matter, that your history is your legacy and documenting your wedding is so much more than just capturing the first kiss. There is a real honor in it for me. To be the one capturing the quiet moments, the stories that occur within your day and the things that made your day truly yours.

things i love

jane austen

"There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends. I have no notion of loving people by halves, it is not my nature.”

― Jane Austen, Northanger Abbey

As an English Mayor reading and writing has always been at the essence of who I am. It is one of the reasons why I am such a believer of love, a lover of love, a champion for love! In all it's forms, colors, expressions and moments. And there is no author I love more than Ms Jane Austen. So much I named my daughter after my favorite book, Emma.

starbucks

If you follow me on social media, you will constantly see Starbucks in my feed. The funny thing is I actually don't drink coffee!! LOL

But, there are so many yummy things and my top favorites are the Matcha Lemonade, Dragonfruit Refresher and the Passion Fruit Coconut Frappuccino which you can only get seasonally in Puerto Rico, but it is AMAZING!

I also love their Lemon Loaf, because in general I love any dessert with Lemon.

italian food

Oh I could eat Italian food everyday and although it is a close tie to Mexican food, Italiano is my jam for life. Give me a good pasta, lemon picatta with a side of Prosecco any day.

I usually will always go for Italian on my birthday or really any special occasion. I mean, why not?

Also, truth must be told that even though Pizza isn't technically Italian, I also am obsessed with Pizza, especially White Pizza, I am hungry just writing this.
